wait..if you're doing flashing with the sdcard you don't need activesync. your steps are correct. but you have to make sure the microsdcard is a nonsdhc so 2gb and less. so i'll repeat the steps. download the file, rename to titaimg.nbh. format the sdcard to FAT32. put rom image on card, insert card into phone and then press power+camera+reset. then the screen will turn red, green, blue. it should say olipro 2.40. if it doesn't, then you're on the wrong bootlaoder. if it does, then you only see it for a split second then it'll go to a grey screen and tell you to press the power button to flash.
