I fweel bad about the situation and wish I had somewhere to direct you to. It is unfortunate to be in a situation like this one. I am actually calling a friend of mine who is in the realestate business to see what can be done. I know that he is going to ask me what state. The issue comes to hand that each state has there own law when it comes to realestate. If I recieve ANY info that can help you out, I will pass it on and post the information here in the thread.
