i upgraded to the mogul in January and I was wondering if I went to Sprint after the touch pro came out, with my phone broken would they replace it with the touch pro because they both have the same retail value...sorry if this is the wrong place for this post. Well they'd only replace it if you have insurance on it, but they wont replace it with anything. Asurion(the insurance agency) told me they'd replace my centro with a touch since it's same value. Now when ever I call them they say they never told me this and that I'm lying to them, and that they don't switch for a comparable device.
