Well they'd only replace it if you have insurance on it, but they wont replace it with anything. Asurion(the insurance agency) told me they'd replace my centro with a touch since it's same value. Now when ever I call them they say they never told me this and that I'm lying to them, and that they don't switch for a comparable device.
he wouldnt go through asurion he would go through the store and if they cant fix it in a timely manner they HAVE to give you a new one... but you will not get the touch pro for the mere fact that they have millions and millions of refurbs ready to be shipped to you and also ready at the store.....
