Damn, I'm having a problem. After flashing and everything, I followed all the steps in the tutorial, it loas up but doesn't go further than the HTC SMART MOBILITY screen. I've tried hard resetting, everything, and I've tried looking all over and can't figure out whats wrong. This is the first time I've ever installed anything like this, so theres a good chance I'm doing something wrong.

I read somewhere to try reflashing it but to do that requires activesync, the romupdateutility won't connect without it, I get the error[260] connection.
your missing the radio... look in the first or second post and you will find the radio that you need to flash toyour phone..... you will have to do it via sd card 2 gigs or under and have the card formatted to fat32.
