Told me it was an insurance issue so I took it into my own hands and did a little surgery. I have the insurance so I figured what the hell? I have everything back now except the light on the keyboard. Still working on that. Next time anything happens, I will consult you guys instead of the Sprint Officials. Some of them really suck. I really don't want to get rid of it especially after all I put into it. I do want the Touch Pro but Sprint screwed the original design so I will be looking for an unlocked one. :lol: I am reading this thread and it sounds like you are recently a noobie to sprint altogether. there are ways around things....in your case u have to use insurance cause there is proof of water damage, however, if you the phone is under manufacture warranty, sprint has to grant u with a replacement. get the right representative and youll see.
