I called them and the number didnt do anything i took it to the sprint store and they flashed the 3.35 version on there i had a different version on it before i want to try again with the 3.35 but i dont want to have to go back up there again
ok heres what happened your msl,mdn and msid got lost during the flash. its a common thing thats why it is recommend you get the info before flashing. the way to fix this is to edit the epst config. this might be a little more help:
