5. moved folderview.exe into OX-ManilaCompatibleSharedDLL.cab to help save 1.5mb of unnecessary space from htchome 2.1.1005.722.cab

7. m2d beta 0.08.cab is now 2d.Manila.Engine-Beta-0.09.cab
8. fixed proxy2dmanila.cab to set proxy using the auto config talked about from idsk
