i have exactly the same problem. have build 2392 and flash lite 3.1.
it just loads and loads without starting.
running dcd rom 3.2.5

should i uninstall 2392, then install 2821, then install 2392 over the top.
after all this, does flash lite 3.1 still need to be installed?
