idk how to fix it,,, but mine is the same way. in a call, i have to go through a few steps in order to change the speaker volume. but i use HTC home plugin to change the ringer volume so idk bout that. hope someone knows how to fix it for ya
im pretty sure its doing the same as kaos's last rom which for some reason its not doing for me in this rom which i like. in his old rom you would have to click the icon at the top then you would have a bubble pop out then you click the antannae and it would increase ringer volume. and it would reset after each soft reset. it was the only thing i hated int he last rom.
tbh i think his last rom was the best. it just seems more stable. and it held memory soo much better. i think this rom has a memory leak in it.. its strange i lose about 5 mb throughout the day and with running manila 2d it screws me over for starting up garmin because for some reason manila doesn't close when garmin starts up so it gives me a memory error but a soft reset fixes it. but what i do like about the rom is he fixed the volume annoyance. but this rom is also faster then previous. ^_^
