Default 6800 stuck on bell splash

ok, so here's what i've done.

i ran the Hard-spl-mfg.exe to unlock the phone. it said it did it successfully.

then i went ahead and ran the file titan_radio_3.35.04.exe

it said i did this successfully.

then in the dos file it said i can flash a rom if i like, so i downloaded kao's rom, moved ruu_signed.nbh into the RUU directory and ran the RUU utility. but it said i'm not connected to my phone.

my phone is now on the bell splash screen.
i battery out for 1 minute and back in, loads with some info then just stays on splash screen. I depress button at bottom of phone, resets to do same thing...

any ideas??

ok, i managed to get the bootloader to start up, found this info on another site

Bootloader Mode (TITAN et al) - power+camera+reset - the power button is on/off button on the top of your phone. The camera button is the bottom button on the right side of your phone - it has a picture of a camera on it, if it hasn't been worn off. Hold all three buttons in for about a 1/2 second, and the screen will go to a tri-colored screen. You are in bootloader mode. You must unlock your phone to load custom ROMs (it is necessary to unlock your phone only once during the life of your phone).

once i was in boatloader, with usb connected, RUU let me load a ROM

so i'm good for now3, until i f it up again lol
