ok guys for those having weather troubles without it showing the usa you will want to install the cab file attached in the first post.
1. downlaod cab file
2. install to the main memory of the diamond
3. open the program after a soft reset
4. choose USA from the dropdown menu and than choose your city
5. click exit
6. go to the weather tab on touchflo 3d
7. choose usa (now there)
8. select your city/s
9. uninstall the can file if you would like
10. enjoy
