what? the ruu is a seperate folder if your using juicy it comes with the ruu already...... if its only the nbh than you need theruu if you have something called romupdateutility.exe than just run that
so the nbh file is from the diamondc_hspl057 then i drag that to the juicy ruu folder iam rite i hope

i got hardspl so now im assuming u have to flash the phone with that first b4 u do the rom upgrade(juicy) if that is rite then wut nbh file is dragged into the ruu folder im srry to bother u bro but im trying to learn and yur directions r great but to a novice its not as easy as the 4 steps until u learn it thanks for having patience
