I would def get away from the alltel ROM because i think that's causing problems... and probably causing problems that you can't see going on. idk if you'll be able to find one for Bluegrass but for now, i'd go back to the stock. i'm hoping that doesn't break/ mess up your phone because you're probably downgrading from the Alltel
