What do you mean? I read the rules perfect as day. There was a link that said if you would like to become a private memeber, please send us a message stating why and we will answer you...I did that, I just thought that you had to be a private memeber to get programs I wasn't trying to break any rules

what i mean is not my email or pm in your user control panel look for membership then locate where it say members program follow through on that and someone will approve you. not by email!
