yes you can flash straight to this without unlocking again..... and for the flashing from sd card you will need a card 2 gigs or less and you need to format it to FAT32 (you will lose files so backup on pc) and than once you do that you take the .nbh file and instead of taking it and placing it in the RUU just rename to TITAIMG.nbh and drop on the card than manually place the phone into bootloader mode by pressing and holding the camera and power buttons while soft resetting and follow the prompts on the screen.
yeah just make sure the sd card is not sdhc, high capacity.
