Figures. :( I wish they would hurry up and get a battery on the market I can buy. I have seen posts where people have bought near matches and are happy. I have a knock off and it works in a pinch, but i dont need another one. I want a real one. :(

finally broke down and finally found someone in HTC with their 3rd party (UT Star COM) accessories provider (
http://www.buywirelessnow.com/utstarcom/) and called them because their website says out of stock.
You can get an OEM replacement battery for $40 + shipping. I ordered mine today! YAH!
