Default Cube Skins (Mogul)

I stumbled across that link, and I was trying to figure this out, and nothing.

I have the "Alfonso Presa TL Touchflo 3D" installed and the "HTC BioTouch Cube." Anyone help me out here? I downloaded the files and followed instructions, however Its still not working. Only applies the skins when I open the program manually from the file explorer. Any suggestions?

I just deleted everything, so now I have no more cube. It might be better to start from there, maybe I was using the wrong version or something? Lets assume I don't have the cube. Thanks
