for a soft just look by the sd card slot and stick the stylus into the hole and for a hard reset press the two buttons with dots on them down and hold it while doing a soft reset.
I dident kno he was asking how to do a hard or a soft reset i thought he was saying he cant because his phones in the bootloader screen
