true that does work for sure just depends on who you get in retentions as well as how long you have been a sprint and or nextel customer...... they also take into hand how many lines of service that you have also....... the better/more of the above that you have the better chance that you have at them giving you an even exchange or the ill pay the difference exchange.
i'm a new customer since march 08 i think? and only have 2 lines on it. but know what else? the damn sprint guy was trying to tell some guy that his touch doesn't ahve voice turn by turn gps and his treo 800w does! lmao stupid people
