you can either use file explorer to go in and delete all the stuff you did or if you want a totally blank slate then you have to a hard reset. Do do that you press and hold both softkey buttons and insert and hold your stylus into the soft-reset button on the bottom of your device...but make sure you backup your contacts and stuff with active sync
