I think i gotta deal because i was emailing sprint and they said they can swap my mogul for a diamond for free but once i accepted the offer they said they cant do it and i called sprint and they told me to take the emails to the store and they will give me the device but once i called the sprint store they said they probaly cant swap but i still can bring the emails in so they can take a look but i dont wanna waist gas goin there for nothing so what would you suggest?
i would print them out and be like look this is fraud since i was promised one thing by the company and got it in writing and now you are backing out. than tell them that you want this taken care of and you want what you were promised by the company or you will be calling the BBB (better business bureau) and that will get almost all of the employees at sprint moving since we are supposed to do almost anything that it takes to avoid people calling the BBB.
