Hello everyone,

I have a serious problem with my Mogul, recently I decided to update to the latest Rom from the main support site with sprint. I don't know the original Rom version that came with the Mogul but the latest Rom version was RUU_TITAN_SPRINT_WWE_3.56.651.0_RS_TITAN_3.42.02_S PCS2.04_PPST_0718_Ship.exe, everything installed fine except for the Bluetooth function which fail to connect and the system running a little bit slower than default. So I decided to downgrade and ran across not being able, research online... found information which stated unlocking was needed first (wrong on that probably) so I downloaded a file called TitanUnlocker, applied the setup and came to a four colored screen... red, green, blue and white. With the Roms I started with 2.16 loaded that only to find out the touch screen didn't respond anymore; I got stuck on the screen before alignment (setup screen) and wasn't able to proceed.

Next I tried a version above 2.16 - 2.17 now and got the same results. I started looking for anything above v3.00 but during the flashing process I wasn't able to proceed beyond 11% on progress, Mogul just rebooted during the installation... a few other v3.xx had the same results.

Now I'm stuck with a screen (the four colors mention above) and the only thing it says is... with the red - TITA100 (below it) SPL-1.20.Olipro (nothing else), green and blue are blank, white changes from Serial to USB when plugged into usb on pc.

I don't know what to do from here, I've been looking around and came across so many things I should have done before the unlocker. Other alternatives like using the power, camera and reset button and using the Micro SD to flash the rom... NBH file included. I made a bad mistake and regret ever thinking about the upgrade in the first place. On a good note... I found a site that might be able to bring my Mogul back to life and even if nothing works out at least I get to meet good people here at Wckediden.
