It can be done...It is a ***** to recompile files but it can be done..Here is proof....I took marshalls Qvga Vista icon stripped it...Redid all the images...Then took touch pros Dll which may i add is different...Stripped it...swapped some images..recompiled it ...then resigned it with its certs...
