it's really easy, you do have to sign up for an account (dont worry it's free) and then it's really easy, there's just a big button that says upload, click that, select your photo (preview of you theme the you got from themegence) then you press upload again. once it's done there is 4 links underneath the picture and one of them even already has the [img] and [/img] tags around it
