First off I want to say sorry about your confusion. This my first attempt at installing a custom rom too, so I know it can be challenging. After that, my first question is, which version of this did you install. Did you install the economy.rar. or the r4reloaded. I will assume you installed the r4reloaded because that's what I'm using and I haven't had the chance to fool around with the economy.
Q&A

A= I tried duplicating your problem and here's what I come up with. When you end your call, there's a few seconds that goes by to where you can hit the X on the top right hand corner. If you wait to late, you finger will touch the screen while it's in transition and cause the music player to launch. That was the only way I could duplicate your problem. When I let the screen close on it's on, the music did not start playing. When I tapped the X quick enough, the music did not play. And when I had the music playing, went to another screen, answered the phone and closed the app, the music did not play. Possible conclusion, either hit the x quicker, make sure you are actually hitting the x (try your stylus instead of finger to test) or just allow the phone close the phone screen on it's own once you end the phone call.

A= Being that I just flashed to this rom, I didn't really have a call history ( and no contacts) I called my phone 20 times just to make a mock call history and was unable to duplicate your problem. As my call logs increase, I'll keep that in mind.

A= Did you reboot after updating the changes? It's not always necessary, but it's recommended to soft reset (reboot) your phone when making such changes. If that problem persists, then it may be a bug with one of the tabs you have installed. In particular, I have the same problem when I activate the "MyFaveswidget" - even after a soft reset.

A= you lost me on that one budd.:PDT_Armataz_02_09: I'm assuming you mean when you press the globe, nothing happens. If so, have you tried installing and alternate web browser like Opera or Skyfire?
Nothing launches for me when I press the globe, although the youtube link works fine. I did notice that in the Rom folder (Scott's ROM Pack) located under my My Documents, there was no cab for Opera like in the previous version. So, that basically means you have to do a search for a browser. Otherwise we have to use the IE explorer..

Here's a work around I found on XDA's website for the landscape issue made by mbarvian. It's a hack, but it's a start in the right direction. If there's another one out, feel free to share.
