I just got off the phone with retentions concerning my mogul...no dice, they wouldn't budge said they cannot exchange for a different phone. I have a lot of issues with mine and explained them all and told her how agrivated this phone was making me and I just wanted a different phone since it was only 5 months old. Long story short they are sending me a refurb mogul, ARG! Oh well if the that mogul turns out to be a dud too I will have to try again. Atleast they are swapping (shipping/exchange) it for free since there are no repair centers near me.
Some of you guys are lucky bastages.
