yes it will show you all the songs in alibrary that you can purchase later if wanted...... rememebr though to back up the files that store the list before a hard reset or flash since it will revert back tonothing after you do so.

it doesnt go by provider.... according to your profile you have a mogul so youwould want to use the QVGA one.
