you must noit have followed the steps correctly because all the problems you are having havent happened to anyone else....... i would try a hard reset and starting over......
I did tho.....the directions were pretty simple...dial ## then six numbers then # again.....and it didn't work....I don't want to hard reset again.....its such a pain re-installing all my apps
