Dash my buddy who has the pro for At&t said that there is a registry hack you can use that just disables the block, and automatically configures when you do active sync. And you can choose to tether when you sync or not. Can you do it this way with sprint or do you have to use those to programs you mentioned?

there is already a hack for it out on the boards.... i would look at the touch pro essentials thread..... or you can install the newest version of any of the roms out there for the touch pro and it would have it built in.
