First step says go to throttle lock folder on phone but how to i create a throttle lock folder..I downloaded the rar file so far no what should i do?
have you installed throttle launch on your phone? once you do that follow these steps...
1. drag the image files to your card. (place in regular folder named whatever you want)
2. copy the folder
3. paste the folder in the themes folder inside throttle launch from the file explorer.
4. DONE.|
