man, this is gonna be sweet not having the red back, quick question. the clear piece of the camera is not affected by the dye (dim or discolored) do i have to prep it in any way, like taping it?

nope it will not stick to plexi only the plastic outside of the cover...... the back of the cover which you cant see doesnt change though. but of course no big deal since you dont see that.
