Just a bit of advice. Read everything at least twice before you even think about starting to flash.

It's really not hard at all as long as you follow EVERYTHING in that tutorial. But reading it in its entirety a couple times prior to flashing will hopefully help you to understand everything before you start.

Also, make sure you are flashing to correct ROM for your phone. I don't know why, but it seems that a high percentage of people posting about having problems flashing eventually let it slip that they're trying to flash to a ROM for another phone and it just doesn't work.
