heres the steps of the average ROM flash:
connect to Activesync
(After unlocking phone) run RUU
ActiveSync disconnects while flashing because OS on phone is inactive
phone reboots
connects to activesync
Samething happened to me Sprint just send me a brand spanking new Mogul, took me a hour to finally get this ROM to flash... I misplaced my SD card so I had to order a new one, thankfully I remembered that post from buy.com & i just ordered that one
