(htc home plugin) as ray said ytou want touchflo 3d config tool 0..6.7...... and too make the themes for it you will need photoshop skills and have to do each image individually...... once you have all the files does (1014) you drag them all into a zip folder and than right click on that and go to rename and simply rename the extension to .theme
Aha... So basically to get me started all I really need to do is take an existing .theme file, change it to a ZIP, have a poke around and see what's required, then make all my own graphics.

I already do have TF3D Config obviously - that's how I've been installing downloaded .theme files so far, I just didn't know how to actually CREATE them, so thank you very much D/\SH! Hopefully I'll be able to post my first theme soon.

Cheers again. :boxing:

*sigh* OK, all that bravado and I now have to ask another question... If you answer this for me I promise to have n00b added to my sig...

Using your 'rename to zip' suggestion I've opened the original HTC Black .theme file - and another one that I downloaded too, to make sure I wasn't going mad - but I can't see all the graphics that I should, surely, be able to see.

For instance, all the Icons from the 'slider' (Home, Messages, Contacts, Launcher etc). Neither can I see the clock numbers. I can see a few PNG files, and a BMP or two, and then hundreds of un-suffixed files which are numbers followed by '_manilla'. But none of the graphics files I can see contacin the bits I actually want to change.

Am I missing something here? Your help is greatly appreciated!
