that because you didnt follow the steps in my signature on how to flash because you have the wrong radio on your phone..... manually place yourself into bootloader and than go to
www.htc.com and get the newest vogue rom from the site and flash that too your phone... (manual bootloader is done by pressing and holding power button and camera at the same time while soft resetting) than once you have that on your phone reflash this to your phone and you will be fine.
