when installing it it wont let you it'll say that you have the latest.

really? for me it downloads about 3mb then it says it finished. but when you actually look at the file the size is about 3mb instead of 6mb.
hmm on my mogul i already upgraded it and on the diamond its already set for 3.5 using juicy rom
