That file is if you are running the 2D theme manager from XDA if you are then you just take that file and drop it in the theme managers theme folder then select it from the theme managers setting page.
If you have already installed via the big main download then you do not need this file.
The differences between the 2 are this
The main download is much more of a complete transformation, but requires a bit more knowledge of your device.
The jade theme manager version is very simple but only changes the theme. So you would still need to load the .tsk . bootscreen S2U2 start icon and dialer to have it look similar.
The jade version however does offer a new clock that is not pictured in the screenshots above.
So I hope that points out the differences between the 2 versions.
