Im not sure, but does the fuze(im assume that the phone you have from your title) have the accelorometer, like the diamond and pro has; b/c to the best of my knowledge i think those are the only two htc devices that have that(at least thats released in the states)

Anywayz with that being said, if your device doesnt have it (or the g sensor) it wont do it automatically. What you can do is go into setting > buttons and map one of your hardware keys to rotate the screen when pressed (like the camera button) that way when you want to rotate to landscape mode or vice verse a quick tap of whatever button will do it for you instantly
