so I have to ask, without running a modded rom, I really can't install anything on a vzn touch pro can I? I haven't seen anything that specifically says for vzn touch pro.
I'm specifically looking at JD's Rom and Hibbys Pro Rom 17. Curious as to whether the vzn pro can be streamlined for better battery efficiency and a few skin mods but it seems that none of the roms available now cater to the vzn user (yes yes insert joke :P). thanks again
I think dash touch on this earlier but you may have missed it... you can install pretty much any wm apps out there(even on your stock rom)... its the roms you may have trouble with... you'll have to find carrier specific roms (meaning romos made for verizon or at least verizon compatible) when your reasearching your rom they'll post weather it verizon compatible or not... but the apps and moods and tweaking and such can even be done on your stock rom. How well the phone performs when using those apps is a different story. But you wont ever see apps posted as saying verizon touch pro app... it'll say wm, or qvga/vga... or for accelormeter etc
it'll be up to you to determine which apps will work best or at all on your phone... but in general wm apps
