haha nevermind i got it. it just wouldnt work the easy way. i actually figured it out myself. im getting better at this stuff. haha. the .exe wouldnt install from activesync. so i dled the .cab and put it on the phone. installed and it insstalled fine. then i tried to replace the .exe with the cracked version from the computer and it kept saying it couldnt replace. so i just put the cracked exe onto my storage card and moved it to replace the original exe with resco explorer. the hard way. but it worked. thanks for the quick reply. i just thought i would post how i did it in case someone else had the same problem.

soft reset prob woulda worked also haha.
it is the mogul and im running kaos take 3 wm6.1 rom for alltel.
