well i've used about 20 themes on my touch & all i use is m2dc to apply them. none have ever done anything near this. they all work flawless. but on this when i went to sms tab it locked up everytime. it was also a PITA to get rid of, as when i applied a different theme parts of this one would be left behind; like the clock, or the icons on the bottom would still be that theme.. took about 3 theme apply's to get rid of it. good riddance. too bad cuz it looked kinda cool.
i am now expert this happens i think sometimes do you onload touchflo when you install in the today screen its strange i dont have a problem whit it sorry for you do you use the latest m2dc to
