What is "it" exactly? If you are referring to a Sprint ROM that's posted here, ask the question in that particular thread. Either way, usually ROMs are very specific to the type of phone and carrier they are made for. But since US Cell is CDMA (right?), it might work. But ask in the specific thread you are referring to.
