yeah that dialer has all the tweaks already built into it through the registry and all.... basically all a cab does it tell all the files where to go and makes the registry changes wrote into it.... so if it has the image files in the cab and they need to go to the windows folder and overwrite, it will automatically both bring them over and overwrite them so you dont have to do it manually. if you take a cab file apart using winrar you will see different files inside. each one of those automatically goes somewhere and if they didnt you would be stuck doing it manually.
