actualy, look for the htc home(this isnt the actual program,only the icons).. the customizer has the icons/clocks and weather.. once u install the htc home then u copy/paste whats in the rar into ur windows folder.. and if u dont want to sortreset u can turn off htc home copy/paste then turn it back on...
my bad thought it was the whole theme not just the icons....thanks for the corrections.:)
