I'm not running anything different than I had in my Mogul.... I just tried installing everything again and it worked every step of the way until I opened the Windows folder to place a sound file for alarm via active sync (i didn't put anything in or remove anything yet) but I don't know if that was a coincidence or if that actually did something...

Like I said I had all of that installed and ran at least once, soft reset after all complete and it still worked properly... Then I went to place a sound file in windows, never actually did bc I got a call (and it answered properly). Then the next call 15 min later did not answer properly.... Frustrating
what did you install after that phone call?
