And it's dead again.....
BUT, I think I've narrowed down the problem. This time I forgot to change my regional settings from English (Australia) to Englush (US) until after I had set up mail2web. I also like to change the device ID to something more personal. I did both of these after setting up and verifying working push.
I'm going to hard reset and change them one at a time to see which one breaks push.

Actually, that was several hard resets and another reflash of Dette 2D and it still isn't working. Whatever it is, once broken it doesn't seem to be repairable until you go back to stock.

After much flashing and reflashing, it appears that changing the regional setting from English (Australia) to English (US) is the culprit. And once you change it to US, even hard resetting doesn't fix it.
The only way I have been able to get push back was to flash back to stock and then reflash Dette 2D.
D/\SH, since you tested this on an old phone, can you verify that your regional settings are English (Australia) by default and that push is working?
Then will you change your regional setting to English (US) and soft reset, then see if push still works for you or if it is broken?
