It was listed as "bulk" and did not come in the official Sandisk blister pack; therefore, this could possibly be gray-market hardware, but it works as listed none the less.
That's the best i can do for you. Sorry. I'll ask the original poster. This at least narrows the search and it seems worth looking for.
