1.) I have throttle lock installed
2.) I downloaded Diamond theme and dragged onto main storage
3.) I copied Diamond folder
4.) I found "Throttle Lock" Folder in Device->Program Files
5.) I dont see a section anywhere that says "Themes"
6.) Where do I paste this Diamond folder to get this to work?
