The images and such, then past them in the default folder under programs/throttle lock/skins. overwrite when prompted to, then your good to go. The problem with copying the folder itself to the skins folder is not all throttle lock themes on here are complete and some wont run without the xml file in your default folder. If you want, you can make a copy of the default folder, rename that to whatever you want your skin to be, then follow the directions I gave you with pasting the files in the newly created theme folder and overwrite when prompted. This way you can switch back and forth between themes.

The file is not in use i know that, and i should definitely have enough storage space because i barely have apps on my phone.

Okay. I have the 'ThrottleLockCAB.cab" file. Is this the right one?
